SAWCC is partnering with Movie Club for their 3-year anniversary and we couldn’t be more excited! Movie Club is a surprise movie club that meets once a month at theaters all over NYC. This month’s screening is a story about love, longing, and the moments that make us who we are. Join us at the Syndicated Theater in Bushwick for a night of film, community, and maybe even falling in love??
About Movie Club:
If you’re new here, Movie Club is a pretty simple concept: come watch a surprise movie with me, Pooji Jonnavithula (co-chair of SAWCC!), anywhere in this silly little city. I tell you when we’re meeting, you pay me for your ticket, and the rest is a mystery! On the day of the movie, I’ll tell you exactly when and where to meet. Then we’ll meet, we’ll hang, we’ll chit chat, and maybe even fall in love (falling in love is optional but encouraged).
